Is it us?
Its funny, when you think about it, how different people look before and after you get to know the real person behind the face. How that cute looking blonde girl can be a real bitch, how the girl with braces and a flabby tummy gets more sex than Katie price is offered; and how the skinny little boy, who never says a word can be dangerous.
But then there are those, that we think we know. The people who have looked into our eyes so many times, and never flickered with doubt. These people, are the people who hurt us.
And you’d think that we’d become accustomed to it. That we’d be more careful, more thorough in getting to know the people we surruond ourselves with. But of course, we dont. Which makes me wonder; is it them, or is it us? Are we too quick to assume we know everything? Too arrgonant, and sure of our own judgement? And is it us, that sets ourselves up for the pain?
